Nathalia – on the Broken Creek Nathalia is a pretty town with a population of 1500 situated in north central Victoria. It is a friendly town where visitors are made welcome. Nathalia’s main natural attraction is the permanent waters of the Broken Creek that meanders through the town. Being just two and a half hours north of Melbourne and 20 minutes from the Murray River, this is an ideal place for a short break or a longer stay to visit some of the local attractions. Nathalia has a good shopping centre and excellent sporting, education and medical facilities. It’s no wonder that ‘tree changers’ are moving north to this wonderful climate to seek out a new home in the freedom and relaxed atmosphere of rural Victoria.
